$100 - 53 minutes
One-on-one support with a licensed mental health professional. It's a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts & emotions without judgment. Whether you're facing stress, anxiety, or simply want to understand yourself better, therapy can help you gain clarity, build confidence, and develop healthier coping strategies. Every session is tailored to your unique needs and goals, empowering you to move forward with greater confidence and skills.
How It Works
01
CONSULTATION
Start with a 15-minute chat where you can ask questions about the process (or me) and share your hopes and goals for therapy.
02
ONBOARDING
Then, if you’re ready to move forward, I'll send you the initial paperwork through my client portal for completion before our first session.
03
FIRST SESSION
We’ll meet via video chat to review your paperwork, set goals, get to know each other and spend time answering any questions you might have.
04
ONGOING SUPPORT
I encourage weekly appointments for the first month - then we'll decide on the frequency that makes sense for your life.

Anxiety doesn’t have to control your life.
You're ready for a worry-free mindset, and you know it's time for one-on-one support. The problem is anxiety has you barely keeping your head above water, and you feel powerless even to take action.
I understand the struggle. That’s why I offer a simple, solution-focused process to help you take steps towards freedom.
To start, reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. It's time to stop the cycle of fear and start living a worry-free life.

We’ll meet via video session. You can access our session by logging into the client portal and clicking “Join Video,” or click the direct link in the email or text appointment reminder.
During our initial session we will review paperwork, set goals, and get to know each other - it’s a time to ask any questions you might have about the process.
Then standard sessions consist of talk therapy with a solution-based modality. We’ll check in around anything we agreed to follow up with, and then I will follow your lead to start us off. If you are unsure of where to begin, then I can help guide you based on the goal(s) we set during our initial session. The last five minutes or so will be spent on scheduling our next appointment.
Sessions are 50-55 minutes long, and we meet weekly or biweekly.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost .
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
